Second time around to Botswana in 2013. First visit was back in 2009. On our last visit, we crossed the border from Zambia at the small town of Kazangula, thereby coming almost directly into Chobe National Park. We had to cross the border over the lake in a small boat. Chobe National Park is really nice located at the north-east of the country. Possibly not as well covered with wildlife at the Okavanga delta, but still worth visiting. We used the Kasane Gate entrance into the park. We also went out on the Chobe river which divides the two countries Botswana and Namibia. Here we saw hundreds of hippos and a wide range of different birds.
