Back in the years 2006 and 2007, I managed a company where we decided to set-up an assembly production facility in Teheran, Iran. This meant a few trips to the capital of Iran. I unfortunately did not have time to see anything of this supposedly beautiful country filled with amazing architectural sites. The few shots are from a mobile phone hence the poor quality. There is a trip penciled in my travel-plans hopefully in the not so distant future. My main takeaway from these trips are the hard-working, dedicated and friendly people.

India 2018
Back in India again after our first visit back in 2007 and second visit in 2014. This time we decided to cover the Indian states of Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uthar Pradesh, Punjab and Delhi. We had another amazing journey seeing the foothills of Himalaya traveling on the Himalayan Queen train. We also timed the annual Camel Fair in Pushkar. Yet another spectacular even taking place for a week every year in november. Continuing to see the ancient cities of Bikaner, Jodhpur and Jaipur before finishing off with a trip to Varanasi on the mighty Ganges river.
